Currently, the app only collects the minimum information required to help you budget:

  • Login Information: Your email address (used for authentication via Firebase)
  • Local App Data: Your budget entries, categories, expenses, and settings are stored only on your device.

We do not collect financial account information, payment details, or sensitive personal data.

2. Where Your Data is Stored

  • Local Storage: All budgeting data is stored on your device only and is not uploaded to any server.
  • Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-ins securely. Firebase only stores login credentials needed to manage your session (like email and auth tokens).

We do not access or store your budget data on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your login information to:

  • Authenticate your access to the app
  • Keep you signed in securely

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or tracking.

4. Future Data Syncing

In future versions, we may offer cloud syncing so you can back up and restore your budgets across devices. When that feature launches, this policy will be updated to reflect how your data is stored and protected.

5. Your Rights

You can:

  • View, update, or delete your budget data at any time within the app
  • Delete your account by emailing us at support@hela360.com
